The Call of the Serengeti

I seldom use artsy plug-ins for my image processing however,  I have been playing around with Topaz Adjust for the past week.  For the image below, I selected one image that I was going to move to the trash because it really did not do anything for me.  I decided to see if I could turn the image into something fun.  After removing some of the details and a simple b&w conversion, I ended up with an image that evokes that feeling of free space that I often feel while on safari. In Swahili, the word Serengeti means ‘endless plains’ and the word safari means ‘to journey’.  With my next safari departing in less than 45 days, the image below certainly gets me excited to get back to the endless plains of the Serengeti.
