Our second day at the beautiful Little Vumbura camp did not disappoint with even more leopard sightings.
Little Vumbura is situated on an island so we use boats to access our game drive vehicles for our daily morning and afternoon drives. With first call at 0430 and biscuits and coffee at 0445 followed by an immediate departure, our days are long to say the least; having the entire camp to ourselves sure makes a difference.
Steve Kruger, my co-lead for this trip, captured this great photo of a leopard cub crawling around a termite mound. The cub stopped for a split second to look Steve in the eye; Steve snapped the shutter at the precise moment.
